The NovaChip® paving process places an ultra-thin, coarse aggregate hot mix over a special asphalt membrane. The NovaChip process is quick, completed in one pass by a specially designed machine, which means your road can be opened to traffic sooner. NovaChip surfacing is applied only by specially trained contractors with a history of quality construction practices.
NovaChip surfaces can be used as a preventive maintenance or surface treatment, and combines the strength of hot mix with the flexibility of thin maintenance treatments.
